Shane Kennelly
Director & Chairperson
Shane is a proud Bundjalung man, and uniquely experienced professional who brings an impressively broad business and government experience in governance, strategic management, human resource management, risk management, work place health and safety and construction. Shane holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Aeronautical) from University of Sydney, a MBA from Sydney Graduate School Of Management and is a Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Shane is Managing Director of Kennelly Constructions, Executive Director First People Recruitment Solutions, Director of Indigenous Employment Australia, Co-Chair of Queensland Indigenous Business Network, a Panel member of the Queensland Governments Tripartite Procurement Advisory Panel and Bond Business School advisory board Member.

John Kop
Director
John has over 30 years’ experience in food retail. He has worked for Woolworths, independent supermarkets, and Coles. He was the CEO of Outback Stores and ran his own consultancies: Remote Retail Services and John Kop Consulting before joining IRAM as CEO in 2015.
John has a track record of developing, delivering, and implementing strategic plans, organisational change and financial results for both multinational corporations and small to medium business enterprises. His commercial acumen has helped deliver business improvement and social outcomes for Indigenous businesses across Australia.
John is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds master’s degree from Melbourne University. He has been a non-executive and executive director on several boards, including IRAM. He is an invited member of the Gunbalanya Independent Public-School Board.

Jacqueline Graham
IRAM CEO
Jacqueline is WA based, and has a retail career that encompasses supermarkets, hardware and liquor stores in the United Kingdom, New Zealand and multiple state in Australia. Her experience also includes management and business improvement roles in supplier and sales businesses, and in small to medium business consulting.
She has spent time working in large corporate and franchise organisations, has worked with small business owners and solo traders, and with not-for-profit associations.
Her key strengths lie in building team capability, improving business outcomes, crisis leadership and delivering strategic growth. She has a particular focus on strengthening operational diversity in organisations, to drive better long term outcomes for the business and the community.
Jacqueline is a graduate of the Royal Society of Chemistry, a Member of the Institute of Community Directors and a Member of The Research Society. She is a current Board Member of the Australian Gender Equality Council and a past President of BPW Australia.

Shaun Whisson
Retail Operations Manager
Shaun has 30 years’ retail experience in metropolitan and regional areas of Western Australia.
He grew up in Merredin, a small town 256 kilometres from Perth. In 1991 and began his first job with GJ Coles at Target Merredin, where he went on to become store manager. He then worked as stores business manager for Independent Stores for five years.
Shaun then spent 10 years in store management positions for Coles Supermarkets, including remote area manager for North West WA and opening store manager for Coles Haynes. He was store manager of the year for Coles Supermarkets WA in 2010 and WA state coach for easy ordering meat and bakery in 2013.
In 2015, Shaun moved to Woolworths as supermarket manager before starting with IRAM in the same year.
Shaun’s passion is bringing a metropolitan shopping experience to regional areas, overcoming the remoteness of store locations and building better retail businesses in a challenging environment.

Tina McCullock
Business Support Manager IRAM
Tina is based in Perth. She lived in Tennant Creek for four years, starting as IRAM Retail Operations Support in June 2019 when IRAM took over management over the Tennant Creek BP Complex.
Originally from New South Wales, she previously spent three years in administration with NT Local Government and four years in records management with New South Wales Health. She worked with Caltex (NSW) and BP (NT) for five years.
During the COVID19 pandemic, from March 2020, she took on the additional role of community liaison in Tennant Creek.
Tina’s role is to provide support to the IRAM executive team and manage business records, contracts, business report and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Maroushka Houareau
Brand & Product Manager
Maroushka began her retail career in 2015, gaining strong operational knowledge before joining IRAM in 2019 as part of the merchandise and marketing team. There, she played a key role in driving promotional campaigns and strategies that improved margins, profitability, and customer engagement while strengthening brand visibility.
In her current role as Brand & Product Manager, she combines her retail expertise with a passion for community engagement. In this role, she has enhanced IRAM’s community presence, stakeholder relationships, and expanded site specific range, ensuring marketing initiatives align with the company’s long-term strategic goals.

Dipika KC
Store Manager BP Complex Tennant Creek
Dipika's journey is a testament to her adaptability and determination. Coming from Nepal with an engineering background, she made a bold move to Tennant Creek in May 2021. Joining BP Complex as a food & beverages attendant in July that year, she faced initial challenges but quickly honed her skills, earning a promotion to Office Manager within months.
Dipika's dedication extended beyond her role at BP Complex, as she simultaneously served the Northern Territory Government as an administration officer for six months, alongside her casual roles at BP Complex and IGA in Tennant Creek.
Leveraging her administration and customer service expertise. She achieved her second promotion, the position of Assistant Store Manager at BP Complex as of January 2023 and further rose the ranks to Assistant Store Manager of the IGA in 2025.
Dipika's remarkable journey is a testament to her professional growth and adaptability.

Elisha Bennett
Store Manager
Elisha started work in retail as a casual with Best & Less in 1999. After progressing to full-time work, she worked with ASM in stores across Central Coast NSW and as a trainee-store manager with Aldi. She was appointed Store Manager in 2006 in Armidale NSW and then worked at several stores in country NSW over three years.
She has worked in several top ranking country stores in New South Wales and Western Australia, coached and mentored ASMs and country store managers, been involved in several store openings over the past 15 years and worked in various roles, from team trainer to opening store manager to visual merchandising rep.
Elisha was promoted to Merredin IGA store manager in January 2023

Darsh Abeyrathne
Store Manager Tennant Creek IGA
Darsh is a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success in various roles across different industries. He began his Retail career at BP Roadhouse as a Console Operator in late 2020, quickly advancing to the position of Night Shift Supervisor in February 2021, where he demonstrated exceptional skills in stock management. In November 2022, Darsh's talents were recognized once again as he assumed the role of BP Site Manager.
Prior to his tenure in Melbourne, Darsh had accumulated a wealth of experience in Import-Export and Freight Forwarding, serving as a Documentation Manager and Assistant Operations Manager overseas for a decade. His diverse background also includes stints as a Store Supervisor at Blue Sky Services and Applied Cleansing Solutions. Darsh's versatile skill set and commitment to excellence make him an asset in any professional capacity.
